
Our Center specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Provides psychological treatment for people affected by a variety of behavioral and mental health difficulties. CBT is an evidence based treatment has been proven to be an effective means of treating problems such as depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), social anxiety, phobias, eating disorders, panic attacks and others.
CBT focuses on ways in which your thoughts and actions can contribute to problems – and on how you can address these problems by thinking or acting differently. It also provides you with new skills you learn during therapy which stay with you after the end of treatment.

Psychologist and cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist. President of Polish Association for Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy. Works with adults on a range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, phobias (social phobia, specific phobias), obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD), emotion regulation problems, insomnia, personality disorders. Specializes in helping people who suffer from extensive worries and general anxiety, who live in chronic tension and stress, which is also area of her research.
